She strives to be a high achiever and meet her goals. She is a proud mother who loves spending family time with her children. She also loves to put her master gardener certification from MSU, and cooking classes to produce awesome-tasting, diverse, authentic cuisines. She is also in college, finishing her medical doctorate. Happily, she was chosen to be a recruiter to help others write and share their stories. Currently, Aaliyah serves as a valued associate with Book Writing Venture, where she supports the team with her strong organizational and client-centered skills. Her administrative experience in roles like Leasing Consultant and Assistant Property Manager, where she managed property operations and tenant relations, and has given her a solid foundation in managing complex tasks, maintaining compliance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

With additional expertise in quality assurance, logistics, and caregiving, Naila brings a well-rounded approach to every position she undertakes. Her proactive attitude, combined with certifications in areas like food preparation and work motivation, make her a reliable and impactful contributor across fields.
