Throughout his career, Bobby has held diverse leadership roles, including Director of Housing and Financial Services at the SF LGBT Community Center and Director of Youth Programs at Ark of Refuge. These positions showcased his ability to develop financially sound programs, secure funding, and implement groundbreaking solutions for underserved communities. Bobby is also adept at navigating complex systems such as HUD, HMIS, and coordinated entry frameworks, ensuring optimal support for unhoused and marginalized individuals.
Currently, Bobby serves as Managing Director at Rising Beyond, LLC, where he leverages his expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and coalition building to drive community-focused initiatives.
